Wow, that's a lot of tomatoes considering you guys probably didn't start the plants!
We actually had 3x that. We picked them at a congregant's place. We've gotten lots of veggies from them this year.
I put 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp lemon juice per litre in my tomotoes
So that's 1/4 tsp of each per pint.
