I received a nice treat from my Mom yesterday.

Surprise!

When I made my muffins the other day a piece broke off of the wooden spoon I used to stir the batter. I discovered the wood chip in my muffin this morning for breakfast.

Baking

I baked Apple Cinnamon Muffins today.

I haven't tried one yet (they're too hot yet) but they sure smell good.

Making S'mores

It's still a bit too cold outside to make s'mores,
so we improvised.

They tasted pretty good, but I'm not yet convinced
it's a good idea to roast marshmallows in the kitchen...

Test Driving

Stephen & I spent some time looking at and
test-driving cars this afternoon.
His car is on hospice, so he's in search of a new-to-him one.
