Blizzard

They've been predicting a blizzard here for a few days.

 

It's amazing how quickly the weather changes.

These two pictures were taken about 5 minutes apart.

It's difficult to see our neighbours.

Garden Ranch Pizza

We tried a new kind of pizza this week.

It was delicious

Ingredients

Base:

- Ranch dressing (made from package - use less milk so it's not runny)

Toppings:

- Cheddar Cheese

- Broccoli

- Cauliflower

Veggible Molebake

One of Stephen's favourite book series growing up was Redwall.

For Christmas I got him 'The Redwall Cookbook"

Today we made the Veggible Molebake

It was really tasty.

New Year's Eve

We went to Brent & Kim's for New Year's Eve.

We played Quelf, and Brent picked some interesting cards,

leading to him having to hold a spatula for the rest of the game,

have a mascot that cheered every time someone paid a penalty,

and building his own scuba mask.
